All buildings of the institution are accessible to all social groups, regardless of age, health, disability, property status (equipped with ramps, staff call buttons, etc.).
Information availability
Patients and visitors of the Perinatal Center, regardless of their functional impairments or communication capabilities, have access to information in various formats and using technologies.
Digital accessibility
The institution has access to high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi free), public services and public digital information.
Social and civil accessibility
The Kyiv Perinatal Center adheres to the policy of ensuring equal opportunities for the participation of all people, their associations and individual social groups in the life of communities and the state, equal access to socio-political and cultural life, a favorable environment for physical development and self-realization, as well as an inclusive environment.
Educational accessibility
For all employees of the Perinatal Center, equal opportunities and free access to education, including lifelong education, as well as the acquisition of another profession, advanced training and acquisition of additional competencies, have been created.
Economic accessibility
According to the institution’s policy, all citizens, regardless of age, gender, marital status or health status, have conditions and opportunities for employment, obtaining financial and other resources.

Services
A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Kyiv Perinatal center and the All-Ukrainian organization of people with hearing disabilities “UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF THE DEAF”. Specialists of the UTOG are ready around the clock to provide assistance to persons who need it.
Monitoring
The Perinatal Center constantly analyzes the state of affairs and the causes of problems in areas of barrier-free accessibility, assesses progress, prepares proposals and recommendations for taking urgent measures to ensure the effective implementation of the barrier-free zone in the institution.
