In the Kyiv Perinatal Center, an interdisciplinary perinatal council was established to provide advisory assistance to pregnant women of Kyiv with suspected congenital malformations of the CNS, gastrointestinal tract, respiratory organs, genitourinary system, etc.
A team of highly qualified specialists (obstetrician-gynecologist, anesthesiologist, geneticist, perinatal diagnosis doctor and related specialists) will provide recommendations on pregnancy management, timing and methods of delivery after establishing the diagnosis.
SURGICAL TREATMENT
A pediatric anesthesiologist, a neonatologist, a surgeon and specialized specialists will offer various types of surgical interventions to newborns in the city’s only department of pediatric surgery immediately after birth.
